For Starters…

My full name is Ernesto Javier Font! Born and raised in Waterbury, CT. I know and understand the fast pace life. I grew up in an environment that was always moving and shaking. Growing up watching my parents, I knew I had to hustle & work hard in order to achieve my goals & Dreams. The values that they inserted in me are honesty, hardworking work ethic, trustworthy, responsibility, responsive, resourceful, & faithful. These by far have helped me become the person I am today, helping hundreds of buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, renters, while flipping & wholesaling hundreds of homes, and managing to build a rental portfolio. With that being said, I did have a tough up bringing! I experienced my parents’ divorce, which caused me to stay back a grade, It took me attending psychology sessions & just becoming a rebellious, lost, confused child! Growing up, I hardly saw my mom & dad because they would have to work in order to provide for me & my brother. My grandma was actually the one that took up the responsibility of watching for us as my parents would be at work. Overseeing how my mom would work not 1, not 2, but 3 jobs to provide for us meant so much to me!

Early on…

I promised her that one day I’d become a professional, take care of her, my brother and my grandma! Unfortunately, as I was getting older I fell into the wrong crowds, which led me to doing things I am not proud of. When you hang around people that are constantly smoking, doing drugs, selling drugs, drinking alcohol, gambling, stealing, fighting, clubbing, bar hoping, having sex with different partners, non-believers of God, and are just a negative influence, you slowly become like the surroundings you are in. Growing up in the projects, or should I say, “low income neighborhoods”, that was the environment I was growing up in. As a kid, you really don’t understand the importance or the power of having money until you start becoming an adult yourself. Parents and even schools program us to get good grades, go to college, get a good job, get married, buy a house, start a family and program your kids the same way! What’s crazy about that is the amount of DEBT you are being programed into early on in our lives! I was once that person, until I said “Enough is ENOUGH”!

I decided to change…

my MINDSET & life FOREVER, I haven’t looked back since! I relocated to FL where I currently reside in my Dream Home, I accepted God as my Lord Savior, became a Realtor, which led me to becoming the Broker/Owner of Font’s Statewide Realty Inc., became a Real Estate Investor, which led me to becoming the CEO & Founder of Statewide Home Solutions, LLC. I became an inspirational speaker, trainer, coach, mentor, which led me to becoming the CEO & Founder of After Hours Success, LLC, I was able to purchase my mom a house and last but not least, I purchased my Dream Car that I envisioned having as a child. I live my life with Goals, then I set a plan to achieve them and his is just the beginning. I’m very passionate about helping others find a balance mentality, physically, & spiritually. I love being able to push people to believe in themselves, set goals, create a plan for those goals, reprogram their mindset, while inspiring them to become their own BOSS. My goal is to inspire as many lives as possible become financially free, live with fulfillment, be at peace, while sharing the secrets to my success!
